Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Northern Casuals. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first to arrange it.
